“For our July issue (W*196), we diverted slightly from our typically modern interior set-ups to realise the Wallpaper* motel. Inspired by a middle American concept, we shopped around our favourite design outlets to dig out contemporary pieces that could convincingly convey the mood of a stylish mid-century motel, taking our vision to the page in a palette of wooden tones, deep golds, moody shades of jade and burnt reds.
